We have recently added a Collect in Store option to our delivery options. We think that you'll love it!
This will allow you to save a little bit of money on delivery costs, plus get your orders a little bit quicker if you live near our retail location in Park Royal.
It's absolutely free. All you have to do is select the option when you are at the checkout with your items.
We just want to go over a few things before you select this option, so that we're all on the same page about how the service works.
Firstly, you'll only be able to collect your orders at certain times. Here is the availability of the pickup in store option below:
MONDAY: 1pm - 5pm
TUESDAY: 12pm - 5pm
WEDNESDAY: 12pm - 5pm
THURSDAY: 12pm - 5pm
FRIDAY: 12pm - 5pm
SATURDAY: Unavailable
SUNDAY: Unavailable
- Orders place on the weekend will be processed and packed for collection on Mondays, from 1pm. There is no option to collection on the Weekend.
- Orders will be processed and packed for collection the following day. So if you order some products on Wednesday, you can come and collect them the next day, on Thursday after 12pm.
- As per Government advice, please wear a face mask when you arrive to collect your order. We cannot allow visitors into the shop without a face mask.
